Work commenced soon after the signing of the Contract which spelt out details clearly. Variations requested by us were easily allowed for, with new prices promptly forwarded to us for approval.

We were impressed by the project management skills demonstrated by Steve, with all subcontractors (painters, electricians and carpet layers) showing up when expected. These experienced subcontractors also took pride in their work and demonstrated high levels in their respective fields.
