Meet:

Mr Theodor Laggner embraces over 40 years of extensive experience in our local building industry; Theo is a qualified Carpenter and is an expert in structures. Experience and understanding counts.

Mr Stephen Laggner BCM&E (UC) has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Stephen has a degree in Construction Management and Economics; a certificate in Carpentry and Joinery and currently holds an individual Class A Builders license in the ACT (no. 200212966) & a Qualified Supervisor Certificate in NSW (no. 35835S).

We currently hold all necessary insurances such as Workers Compensation, Public Liability, Construction Works and Home Owners Warranty. 

Laggner Building is a proud bronze member of the Housing Industry Association (member no. 839753) and is an accredited HIA GreenSmart® Professional (registration no. 44).

Also we are honoured members of the Master Builders Association (ACT).

We hold an 'A' Class Builders License in the ACT (no. 200313234) and a NSW ‘C’ Class Builders License (no. 141212C).

Work commenced soon after the signing of the Contract which spelt out details clearly. Variations requested by us were easily allowed for, with new prices promptly forwarded to us for approval.
